We own what we build, and we run it ourselves.

NC REAL STATE LLC owns, builds and operates residential townhome communities in Charlotte, North Carolina. We hold the homes we develop rather than selling them on, and we lease and manage them in the ordinary course of our business.

For most of our history, leasing and resident communication were handled by an outside property manager. We have brought that work in-house so that the people answering a question about a home are the same people responsible for it.
