This notice describes what happens to information you give us through ncrealestateholdings.com. It covers this website only.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a tour, we collect the name, email address and (if you give it) phone number you enter, the community you selected, and any message you write. We do not ask for financial information, identity documents or any special category data through this website.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you about leasing. Your enquiry is emailed to our leasing team through Resend, our email delivery provider, and recorded in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, so we can keep track of it. You receive an acknowledgement by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used. Neither runs until you agree to it, and you can change your choice at any time. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. The site sets no advertising cookies.

Maps

Where a map is shown, the map tiles are requested from Esri. That request tells Esri which part of the map you are viewing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us.
